Only pregnant lemurs can use vitamins.
Vitamins are boosters only for pregnant lemurs. One hour vitamins reduce birthing time by 1 hour. Five hour vitamins reduce birthing time by 5 hours. Only one vitamin can be offered to a pregnant lemur once per pregnancy.

Menu displays By Name, By ID #, By Touch. This allows you to select a lemur to use vitamins either by typing a name in chat, by typing the ID # in chat or by touching another lemur.

By Name
You can identify lemurs by naming them (click a lemur, click Text, click Set Name).
This button allows you to type a lemur name in chat to use the vitamin bottle.
If two lemurs have the same name, then the vitamin bottle will tell you to select by ID # or by Touch.
By ID #
All lemurs have a unique ID #. To view the ID # of a lemur, click it, click Info, click Lemur.
You can type this number in chat to use the vitamin bottle.
By Touch
When you click the vitamin bottle all lemurs will have chat above it that says,
>>>> Touch to add vitamin to lemur <<<<.
You can select a lemur by touching it.
